This Type II safety helmet features a lightweight yet rugged external shell with exceptional impact resistance, especially in extreme low temperatures down to -30ºC. Designed to withstand yellowing and environmental degradation, the Zenith X2 Max excels in long-term durability. The internal shell combines a low-density core for superior top-impact absorption with a high-density external crown for full-coverage protection and improved ergonomic comfort. An enhanced attachment system allows for quicker, tool-free replacement and removal of padding-boosting longevity and field serviceability. Inside, Hydrocool moisture-wicking fabric and ultra-soft textiles, treated with silver ion deodorizing technology, provide all-day comfort and freshness. The updated size adjustment system features a dual-diameter dial, ergonomic side wings, and KASK’s patented Self Adaptive Live Hinge, which flexes and moves naturally with the wearer for a secure, personalized fit. Certified for Class E (Electrical) protection and tested to 20,000 volts, the Zenith X2 Max also includes a redesigned eco-leather chinstrap with added rear adjustment points and lateral dividers for a tailored fit. The signature lime-green buckle signifies compliance with EN 12492 standards. For accessory compatibility, the helmet offers a front attachment slot for headlamps or badge holders, four removable nylon lamp clips (compatible with elastic-band headlamps), and integrated earmuff slots for KASK or adapter-equipped models.
