Sperian 32-000513-0000 Eyesaline Mixture for Eyewash Refill (180 oz.)

This product provides a cost-effective solution for eyewash refills. It is specifically formulated to be mixed with clean, potable water (10:1 ratio). The 180 oz. bottle makes 14-16 gals of eye wash mix solution.

The 180 oz. concentrate is designed for the Porta Stream II 16 gallon eyewash station. To mix this concentrate directly in the 16 gallon eyewash station, be sure to get all 180 ounces of the concentrate into the back tank of the eyewash station while mixing it with tap water. Fill the tank to the top with tap water.

When this is done correctly, the mix is the 10:1 mix ratio without any measuring containers. There must not be any of the 180 oz. of concentrate left over. The 10-1 ratio is 14.5 gallons of potable water to 180 ounces of concentrate. This mixed solution must be maintained every 6 months. A tag can be hung off of the fill cap that shows the date the solution was put into the unit and the date it needs to be serviced.
