Sperian 32-000513-0000 Eyesaline Mixture for Eyewash Refill (180 oz.)

Physiologically balanced to match natural tears and aid in reducing additional damage to the injured eye when flushed properly. Specifically formulated to be mixed with clean, potable water (10:1 ratio) and provides a cost-effective solution for the eyewash refills. The 180 oz. bottle makes 14-16 gals of eye wash mix solution.

The 180 oz eyesaline concentrate is designed for the Porta Stream II 16 gallon eyewash station. To mix this concentrate directly in the 16 gallon eyewash station, be sure to get all 180 ounces of the eyesaline concentrate into the back tank of the eyewash station while mixing it with tap water. Fill the tank to the top with tap water.

When this is done correctly, the mix is the 10:1 mix ratio without any measuring containers. There must not be any of the 180 oz of eyesaline concentrate left over. The 10-1 ratio is 14.5 gallons of potable water to 180 ounces of saline concentrate.

This mixed solution must be changed every 6 months. The preservatives in the solution will last for 6 months. A tag should be hung off of the fill cap that shows the date the solution was put into the unit and the date it needs to be changed.
