Guardian 00380 Swivel Top for Skyhook 

The Skyhook Swivel Top is great for the first-worker up system. The swivel top is easy to install as it mounts on top of the Skyhook anchor point via its removable and reusable bolt-on application. This product allows for a self-retracting lifeline to swivel a complete 360 degrees. This product does not include a Skyhook or retractable lifeline.
