Order Status

Orders have a 3-5 business days lead time if the product does not appear in stock on the web page; furthermore, we have four different status to distinguish the status of an order.

• Awaiting Fulfillment - An order is received and has not been processed
• Awaiting Shipment - An order has been processed and is waiting for shipment (usually on dropships) 
• Partial Shipped - When multiple products are ordered and many but not all have shipped
• Shipped - When the order is shipped complete

If a product has exceptional lead time 5+ business days, we will contact the customer and advised on exceptional lead time. This will appear as Awaiting Shipment on the order status.
