How can I subscribe to receive all ISP's specials?

- On the bottom of every page there's a "Join Our Mailing List" section where you can fill out the blanks and submit your information to us so we can add you to our email list for all promotions and updates.

How long does it take after I submit a contact request form to be contacted?

- We usually respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours or less.

Do you offer customer service in Spanish? (Ofrece servicio al cliente en Español?)

- Yes most of our staff is bilingual. (Si la mayoria de nuestro servicio al cliente el bilingue.)

How long does it take for my products to ship after an order has been placed?

- Usually we ship within 24 business hours to make sure you get your products ASAP!

How can I track my order?

- When an order is placed and the item has shipped you will receive an automated email with tracking information which you can use to track your package or you can login to your account to see your tracking information as well.

Can my order be shipped expedited or using my shipping account?

- Yes! Submit a contact request form and we will contact you at our earliest convenience to process your shipping request.

Does ISP accept returns?

- Absolutely! Send it back to us for a refund or an exchange.

What conditions does the product have to be in for a return or an exchange?

- Customers looking for a full refund or exchange have to return the products in brand new unopened manufacturer packaging conditions.

What if I opened my package but haven't used it?

- Depending on the manufacturer, a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Contact us for more information regarding your product manufacturer and its fees.
